(2) identifying, in cooperation with children, what activities and services have been mostly affected

The available call budget is EUR 2.160.000. This budget might be increased by maximum 20%.
Duration of the project: Projects should normally range between 12 and 24 months (extensions are possible, if duly justified and through an amendment)
Who can participate:
In order to be eligible, the applicants (beneficiaries and affiliated entities) must:
- be legal entities (public or private bodies)
- be established in one of the eligible countries
- the project can be either national or transnational;
- the application must involve at least two organisations (applicant and partner);
- organisations which are profit-oriented must submit applications in partnership with public entities or private non-profit organisations

The EU grant applied for cannot be lower than EUR 75.000.
The costs will be reimbursed at the funding rate fixed in the Grant Agreement (90%)
